This is for anyone looking for a challenge to do if you want to tighten up that tush and core! I posted this in my friend’s FB Group Sequins + Squats ( Join here ) I thought I’d post it here for you as well.
This mama definitely needs this challenge. My core is shot. I shake like a leaf when attempting planks. I know the Squat Challenge will be burning up my thighs but it’ll be well worth it. I’m going to do a variation of them each day. ex: Sumo Squats, Side Lunge Squat, Basic Squats (as shown in challenge pic), & Power Squats (where you jump into it). Mix it up and have some fun!!
